can we pick our shoot location?
Since we book multiple sessions each day, we aren't able to offer custom shoot locations. We will choose a shoot location with low dog traffic to ensure your pup stays safe while providing the best visual background. We do offer in-home sessions for an additional fee if you prefer to have your session in the privacy of your home or at a custom location. Email us for more information: hello@zilkerbark.com
Is it possible to have an in-home session?
Yes, we do offer in-home sessions for $600. Travel fees apply for addresses outside of 78704. This includes 1 Dog + 2 Persons and 10 digital images. Each additional person is $15 and each additional dog is $100. Email us for more information: hello@zilkerbark.com
Can we have more than one dog?
Absolutely! Our session prices include 1 dog. Additional dogs are $100/each (up to 2)
Can we have more than one person for a People + Dog session?
Of course! Our People + dogs session price includes 1 person and 1 dog. Each additional person is $15/each and each additional dog is $100/each.
What if my dog is reactive, shy, fearful, a flight risk, etc?
We will choose a shoot location with low dog traffic to ensure your pup stays safe while providing the best visual background. If having your dog off leash is a concern, we can use a long slip leash to maintain control of them from a longer distance than a normal leash. We've photographed over 40,000 dogs and have worked with every type of dog behavior and situation imaginable so we are confident that we can get great photos of your pup.
How long does it take to get the photos after the session?
Your finished photos will be delivered in a gallery via email around two weeks from the date of your session.
Will we be able to choose the photos that are included in the package or does ZB select?
Yes! Your photo package includes between 5-15 digital images (depending on your purchased package). We will send you a gallery of images from your photoshoot. As you look through the collection, you can favorite images to narrow down your final selections. Additional images may be purchased for $35/each or you may purchase the entire collection for $350.
Will my dog be featured on the ZilkerBark Instagram?
We try our best to feature all of the dogs we photograph, but it’s difficult to guarantee!
Who will my photographer be?
We have four photographers who handle our regular sessions: Alex, Megan, Jo and Marisa. The photographer for your session will depend on their availability. If you include your photographer preference during checkout, we’ll try our best to accommodate, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that person will be available.
