Every dog has their day, and a photo session with ZilkerBark is exactly that!
By purchasing a session you'll have images of your pup(s) to cherish forever. We are trained professionals ready to tackle any challenge. After photographing more than 45k dogs, there's nothing we can't handle!

We offer Standard and Senior Flower Crown sessions year-round in Austin, Bluebonnet Minis in March/April, and Holiday Minis in November. Occasionally we announce session availability in Houston and Dallas, so sign up for our email list to be notified!
Austin Sessions
$300-$450
Our standard dog-only or people + dog session which take place in beautiful outdoor settings around Austin. Sessions typically up to 30 minutes.
Senior Flower Crown Sessions
$300-$450 +$40 crown
Every dog gets to be a puppy, but too few get to be seniors. We want you to have beautiful portraits to help preserve the memory of your dog when they’re in a healthy and happy state. So, we’ve partnered with Ben White Florist to provide a flower crown upgrade to your sessions!
Bluebonnet Minis
$215-$245
There’s nothing better than watching your pup frolic through a field of flowers, except maybe having that memory forever in a photo :) Every year in March or April we scout out a few fields where the flowers are poppin’, for mini shoots lasting around 10 minutes.
Holiday Minis
$315+
Our dogs are family, so don’t forget them in your holiday card photos! These ~20 minute, 3-look sessions take place in beautiful venues around Austin each October and November. Past venues have included Matties at Green Pastures, Laguna Gloria, Sekrit Theatre, One Eleven East, and 1102 East.

Since we book multiple sessions each day, we aren't able to offer custom shoot locations. We will choose a shoot location with low dog traffic to ensure your pup stays safe while providing the best visual background. We do offer in-home sessions for an additional fee if you prefer to have your session in the privacy of your home or at a custom location. Email us for more information: hello@zilkerbark.com

Yes, we do offer in-home sessions for $600. Travel fees apply for addresses outside of 78704. This includes 1 Dog + 2 Persons and 10 digital images. Each additional person is $15 and each additional dog is $100. Email us for more information: hello@zilkerbark.com

We will choose a shoot location with low dog traffic to ensure your pup stays safe while providing the best visual background. If having your dog off leash is a concern, we can use a long slip leash to maintain control of them from a longer distance than a normal leash. We've photographed over 40,000 dogs and have worked with every type of dog behavior and situation imaginable so we are confident that we can get great photos of your pup.

Your finished photos will be delivered in a gallery via email around two weeks from the date of your session.

Yes! Your photo package includes between 5-15 digital images (depending on your purchased package). We will send you a gallery of images from your photoshoot. As you look through the collection, you can favorite images to narrow down your final selections. Additional images may be purchased for $35/each or you may purchase the entire collection for $350.

We try our best to feature all of the dogs we photograph, but it’s difficult to guarantee!

We have two photographers who handle our regular sessions: Alex and Paige. The photographer for your session will depend on their availability. If you include your photographer preference during checkout, we’ll try our best to accommodate, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee that person will be available.

Dog Only, People + Dog, & Mini Sessions:
A 100% refund is available within 48hrs of purchase. A 50% refund is available until 48hrs before the shoot. Sessions canceled due to inclement weather will be rescheduled. The client may reschedule up to one week before the session with no fee. Client reschedule requests within one week will incur a 50% fee if the original booking is not filled. Credit Card processing fees (2.9% + $.30) on all payments will not be refunded.
